1. Bamboo sorting

4. Bake for more than 8 hours

5. Make it into a shape that suits your preference

Crush the bamboo salt mass to a suitable size or turn it into crystals.

Precautions for ingestion

Do not take bamboo salt with hot water.

Bamboo salt contains the natural sulfur of bamboo, which has the property of boiling when it encounters hot energy, so if you take it with water, vomiting may occur.
